Marvo the Magician started entertaining children about ten years ago whilst on holiday in Minehead after he purchased a few "magic tricks" from Steve Mulhern's parents' shop.

After practicing with his own children and their friends, word quickly spread and soon he was performing magic at birthday parties all over Carmarthenshire.

Demand for his shows increased with the release of the Harry Potter films, and soon it became a proper business, all be it a part-time one.

 Marvo works as an Assistant Development Worker (Carer) for adults with learning disabilities at Johnstown Centre, Carmarthen on weekdays until 3.30pm.
