Marvo the Magician started entertaining children about ten years ago whilst on holiday in Minehead after he purchased a few "magic tricks" from Steve Mulhern's parents' shop.

After practicing with his own children and their friends, word quickly spread and soon he was performing magic at birthday parties all over Carmarthen.

Demand for his shows increased with the release of the Harry Potter films, and soon it became a proper business, all be it a part-time one.

Marvo has been married for nearly 20 years and has four sons and two step-sons. In addition to performing magic, Marvo works as an Assistant Development Worker (Carer) for adults with learning disabilities.
